📏 Privacy Fence Logic

Fencing estimation requires balancing the structural components (posts/rails) with the visual components (pickets).

      Pickets = CEIL(((Length x 12) / Picket Width) x 1.10)
    

The 'Extra Post' Rule: We divide the total length by spacing, then add 1. This "extra" post is required to provide the final terminal support for the last section of fence.
